We are very fortunate to have a team of experienced butchers, who use traditional butchery techniques. At our shop, we practice whole carcass butchery which these days, is rare as many butchers prefer to buy in pre-cut meat. We are always keen to learn new techniques and regularly train to develop our expertise. Our butchers are highly skilled and able to prepare anything to your requirements, from a butterflied leg of lamb to a tomahawk steak. Nothing is too much trouble, so please don’t be afraid to ask.
