From our farm to your fork
Family-run butcher, grazier and delicatessen, bringing the very best quality meat and local produce to Mountsorrel. We graze our own herd of British Longhorn and Welsh Black cattle locally at Wanlip and their meat is dry-aged in store for 28 days before sale for the best flavour.
We stock a great range of foods from other great farmers and producers. Enjoy Texel Cross lamb from Queniborough, wild Sika venison from Markfield and wonderful dairy products from Manor Farm in Thrussington.


Dry Aged
We dry age the beef from our own herd in-store as well as curing our own bacon so that we keep control over every aspect of the quality and flavour of the meat we sell.


Made in Store
We make a range of products in-house each week. Our sausages are made twice weekly, plus we produce our own faggots, pies and sausage rolls using the highest quality meat.


Back British Farming
We are a family of beef farmers, but we also like to support the other farming families in the area. Our lamb comes from Queniborough, for example, just a few miles away.
Breakfast Cobs Made Fresh on Saturdays
We use the same delicious meat, bread and free range eggs that we sell in store to make our famous breakfast cobs every weekend.
