Fruit Pig are renowned for producing delicious black pudding, made using fresh British pigs blood which is a rarity as nearly all black pudding is now made using imported dried pigs blood.
Made using a mix of fresh blood, British Oats and Barley, pork fat, onion and spices. Succulent and rich and the choice of many top chefs around the country.
Cooking instructions:
Slice, remove outer skin and grill or fry on both sides. Ensure centre is piping hot.
