Cooking instructions:
Marinade, if desired with black pepper, honey and Mustard for 15 minutes before cooking.
Place a frying pan or skillet on a medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, fry gammon for 3-4 minutes per side until piping hot in the centre.
Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
